40s: V for Victory!

It was wartime in the 1940s, and the focus was all about supporting the troops overseas.  However, a lack of materials meant that women had to be quite resourceful with crafting their look.  Though makeup became more muted and natural looking, a patriotic Mary Tyler Moore, but with either variation, you'll be turning heads wherever you go.
